Mini-Philosophy Conference IV in Blue Mts 2002


        This conference was judged a success. Nine people attended with five papers being read. The overall theme was on the problematic nature of personal identity.
                   Mini-Philosophy Conference V in Sydney 2003

        This conference was attended by eleven people with six papers being read and was held in Surry Hills. The first paper was titled: On the Constitution of Personal Identity: On the Role of Small Groups, and, A Defense of Shopping(?) and was read by Noel Tointon. A second paper looked at the nature of Big Egos and was read by Connor Maguire. A third paper read by Lindsay Mell looked at Popular Philosophy. Marc Marusic read fourth paper on the topic of Nazi Philosophy and Jungian Psychology. Robert Zentner gave a talk on the different influences on academic philosophy as taught in Melbourne and Sydney and their relationship to Wittgenstein. A concluding paper was read by Michael von Brasch and was titled: The Curtain Falls, and the Person is Gone. The conference was judged a success.
